The parish church in Ebergassing stands in the small community of Ebergassing in Lower Austria, a plain rectangular building with a western façade and an eastern tower. It belongs to the Schwechat deanery within the Vienna archdiocese and has been listed as a protected monument since the 19th century. The church was first built between 1851 and 1853, then restored in 1903, 1953 and again in the 1980s.
Inside the church, the three-bay nave is covered by a cross-ribbed vault resting on pilaster strips, while the choir has a flat dome. The west gallery, supported by pillars, carries a wooden balustrade and a 16-stop organ built by Josef Ullmann in 1867. The high altar holds a large painting of the Assumption by Josef Führich from 1852, flanked by side altars with works by Leopold Schulz from 1851.
Visitors enter through heavy wooden doors marked with a cross motif and find the interior lit by round and circular windows. The walls are divided by flat plaster panels and shallow pilasters, while the ceiling ribs are decorated with simple stucco bands. A side door leads to the sacristy, and the tower base contains a small domed chamber with an additional staircase.
