The Halo Aerospace Stadium stands on the Lancashire coast in Morecambe, replacing the old Christie Park in 2010. It is a football ground with four distinct stands, built on a former tree-covered site cleared in 2009. The Main Stand runs the length of one side of the pitch and contains dressing rooms, a gym, a club shop and a large hospitality suite. At either end are the home and away terraces, with the uncovered Halo Terrace holding over two thousand standing supporters. In one corner sits the Tyson Fury Foundation, a two-storey building that also houses community facilities. Morecambe’s record attendance of 5,831 was set in the stadium’s twelfth season, when Sunderland visited on the final day of 2021–22. The ground has seen Championship teams beaten, League Cup giant-killers rise, and hat-tricks scored within its first months. Phil Jevons became the first player to score three goals here, while Andy Fleming netted the first competitive strike. The Main Stand’s hospitality suite can be split into three smaller rooms for private events, and its directors’ boxes overlook the entire pitch. Visitors enter through the public reception area and pass the club shop before climbing to the first-floor suite. The uncovered terraces offer clear sightlines to both goals, and the scoreboard sits at one end of the Berlin Wall Terrace. Catering outlets serve behind each stand, while the Community Block at the far end of the Main Stand hosts local groups. From the directors’ lounge on the top floor there is a bird’s-eye view of the floodlit pitch and the distant bay beyond.
