Schloss Memmingerberg
The former Schloss Memmingerberg stands in the village of Memmingerberg in the Unterallgäu district of Bavaria. Built around 1725, it served as the country estate of the Stoll family. The protected building is a two-storey structure with a pitched roof, now largely renewed. The house still shows its original character despite modern changes. A small gabled dormer with a curved top crowns the west side. On both roof slopes, segment-headed dormers let light into the attic. Inside, the ground floor now houses a restaurant. Visitors find a simple but well-kept building with a welcoming inn. The west front’s curved gable and the evenly spaced dormers catch the eye. The quiet village setting offers a peaceful pause on the edge of the Allgäu hills.
