The parish church of Eitzing stands in the village of Eitzing in Upper Austria, surrounded by the rolling farmland of the Innviertel. A Roman Catholic church dedicated to the Assumption of Mary, it belongs to the deanery of Ried im Innkreis in the diocese of Linz and is protected as a listed monument. The building first appears in records from 1150, when it was a small local church before becoming a filial of Aurolzmünster in 1400.

The church is worth visiting for its layered history and its artworks. In 1784 Emperor Joseph II made Eitzing an independent parish, and Pope Pius IX granted a plenary indulgence for the feast of the Assumption. The annual pilgrimage from Ried dates back to a vow made after a fire in 1704. The Totenkapelle, restored in 1988–89, holds fine stucco and frescoes by Johann Josef Prinner.

Inside, the Gothic nave has four bays with stepped buttresses and a two-bay choir ending in a three-sided apse. Frescoes cover the vaults, and the west gallery is rib-vaulted. The high altar of 1637, by Ludwig Vogl, shows figures of Joachim and Anna, while the late medieval Madonna and Child were reworked by the same hand. Side altars carry figures by Thomas Schwanthaler, and the pulpit dates from about 1780. The Totenkapelle at the southwest corner displays Renaissance and Baroque sculpture and a 1780 bell.
