Letzigrund is a stadium in Zurich, home to FC Zürich and Grasshopper Club Zürich football clubs, as well as LC Zürich athletics club. The original stadium was built in 1925 by FC Zürich members and has since hosted major events. It sits in the Altstetten district, surrounded by residential areas and well connected by public transport.

The stadium is famous for the Weltklasse Zürich athletics meet, part of the Diamond League, held there since 1928. In 1960, Armin Hary ran the first official 100 metres in 10.0 seconds on its track. The old stadium underwent several upgrades, including lighting added in 1973 and a restaurant and bar inside. The new stadium opened in 2007 and hosted three games during UEFA Euro 2008.

Visitors find a modern facility with a capacity of up to 30,000 for events. The pitch measures 105 by 68 metres and is surrounded by athletics tracks. The stadium also hosts open-air concerts, with space for 50,000 people. Its location near tram lines makes it easy to reach, and it remains a key venue for both local and international competitions.
