Tipalt Burn

Tipalt Burn is a small river in northern England. It lies east of the village of Greenhead, in the county of Northumberland. The burn flows past old ruins such as Thirlwall Castle. Near the village of Haltwhistle it joins the River South Tyne. The waterway is about sixteen kilometres long and runs close to the northern end of the Pennine Way.
