The Catholic parish church of All Saints and its cemetery stand at the western edge of Totzenbach in the market town of Kirchstetten. The 14th-century building and its walled graveyard are listed as historic monuments in Lower Austria. A single parish was created here in 1374 under Hans von Totzenbach.

The church shows a clear sequence of Gothic, Baroque and later changes. After Turkish cannon fire in 1683 damaged the choir, a flat ceiling replaced the vault in 1699. A copper-clad roof lantern was added in 1756, and 18th-century additions include a south porch and sacristy. Inside, the three-aisled hall has ribbed vaults, a late-medieval spiral stair, and a 1520 stone relief of the Fourteen Holy Helpers by the local noble David Trauttmansdorff.

Visitors enter through the south porch to find the nave’s high roof and the choir’s later flat ceiling. The high altar of the early 18th century carries statues of Peter and Paul and an image of All Saints. Side altars, a 17th-century crucifix group, a 14th-century octagonal font and a 19th-century organ fill the space. Outside, the cemetery surrounds the church, and the 1957 war memorial stands at the choir’s east end.
