Regional Museum in Olomouc
The Regional Museum in Olomouc is devoted to the history and topography of the central Moravian region. It is run by the Olomouc Region, and besides its main seat in the city it also administers the château in Čechy pod Kosířem and the arboretum at Bílá Lhota. In its present form the institution dates from the early nineteen seventies. Its collections lead visitors through the nature, everyday life and art of the surrounding country, making the development of the landscape and its people tangible.
