The parish church of St Sebastian stands on the main square in Weißenbach am Lech, a village in the Reutte district of Tirol. Built in the 18th century, it replaced a small plague chapel recorded in the 17th century. The present building was designed by Jakob Lutz and completed in 1738, with frescoes added later by Johann Kärle.

Inside, the church shows the high altar painted by Franz Hellweger and flanked by statues of St Joseph and St Nicholas. Josef Buch created the side altars in the 19th century, while the organ dates from 1904 and was built by Matthäus Mauracher. The frescoes depict scenes from the life of St Sebastian and other saints, including figures by Zacharias in the choir.

Beside the church lies the cemetery with its war memorial. The gravestones and monuments stand among mature limes and chestnuts, giving a quiet place for reflection. The whole complex, church and cemetery, is protected as a historic monument.
