The Roman Catholic branch church of St Stephen stands in Höring, a village in the Auerbach commune of Upper Austria. It belongs to the parish church of Auerbach in the Mattighofen deanery of the Diocese of Linz and is protected as a listed monument.

The Gothic building has a single broad nave with three bays under a net-ribbed vault, and a slightly recessed one-bay choir with a three-sided end. The west tower rises to an octagonal upper stage topped by a pointed spire. Inside, the sacristy carries a star-ribbed vault and its door shows Gothic fittings.

The high altar shows the martyrdom of St Stephen and dates from 1624, while the pulpit was added in 1628 and the rood cross in 1754. Local craftsman Matthias Schreder supplied the unified Baroque furnishings in the 17th century.
