Erlebnispark Straßwalchen

Fantasiana Erlebnispark stands on 88 000 square metres of ground in Straßwalchen, a town in the Salzburg region of Austria. It is the country’s largest theme park and contains eight separate themed zones. Over fifty rides and attractions are spread across these zones. Three self-service restaurants and a cafeteria serve visitors inside the park. The park is run by the Fantasy Factory Betriebsgesellschaft m.b.H. The park has won international awards for several of its rides. Fridolin’s verrückter Zauberexpress and Mack BigDipper Helios are the two roller coasters on site. Other well-known attractions include the Freefall-Tower Knights Ride Tower, the Wildwasserbahn Mami Wata, and the Star Flyer Flyrosaurus. During Fantastica evenings the park stays open after dark, lit by many lights and closed by a firework display. Happy Halloween turns the park into a decorated autumn scene with pumpkins, straw bales and skeletons. Two horror houses open at dusk for visitors aged sixteen or over. The park’s size and variety of rides have also earned it fourth place among Salzburg’s top destinations in 2024.
