The Swansea.com Stadium stands in the Landore area of Swansea, beside the River Tawe. It is a modern all-seated venue built to host both football and rugby union matches. The stadium opened in 2005 on the site of the former Morfa Stadium. It replaced older grounds that no longer met standards for Swansea City and the Ospreys. The bowl-shaped design holds over twenty-one thousand spectators. Two large Jumbotron screens were added later to the north and south stands.

The stadium has become a key venue in Welsh sport. It was the first Premier League ground in Wales after Swansea City’s promotion in 2011. The Ospreys played there for twenty years before returning to St Helen’s in 2024. The ground has hosted nine Wales international football matches, including a 2–0 win over Switzerland in Euro 2012 qualifying. A statue of Ivor Allchurch, who scored 164 goals for Swansea, was unveiled in 2005.

Visitors find a spacious concourse lined with LG televisions and modern food outlets. The south stand is named the LG Stand after its sponsor. A life-size statue of Ivor Allchurch stands near the main entrance. The stadium’s bowl shape gives every seat a clear view of the pitch. Outside, the River Tawe and retail parks frame the setting. The venue also hosted a UK Independence Party conference in 2014.
