The Buhuberg is a flat-topped hill beside the March river in Waidendorf, part of Dürnkrut in Lower Austria. Its plateau rises about thirty metres above the water and measures roughly 160 by 90 metres. Bronze-Age farmers once lived here, leaving traces of their way of life on the surface.

Excavations between 1981 and 1983 proved the site was settled by the Věteřov culture in the early to middle Bronze Age. The dig uncovered farming tools and hunting gear that reveal how these people grew crops and caught game. Among the finds were bones of wild carp, showing the fish lived in the Danube system long ago.

Visitors stand on the broad plateau and look down to the March below. The wide river meadows stretch away on every side, giving a quiet view of the surrounding Marchfeld plain. There are no buildings on the hill, only grass and a few scattered stones that hint at the past. The place feels remote, yet it lies close to the village of Waidendorf.
