Theater am Olgaeck
Theatre am Olgaeck stands in Stuttgart’s city centre on Charlottenstraße, a short walk from the main station. The building is a modern playhouse opened in 2004 by founder Nelly Eichhorn. It occupies a quiet corner site yet sits within minutes of shops, cafés and the Schlossplatz gardens. The theatre is worth the journey for its lively programme beyond plays. Films, concerts and readings fill the calendar each season. International evenings regularly feature languages from Eastern Europe, with partners in Russia, Poland and Romania. Inside, the auditorium seats around 150 people on comfortable benches. The stage is small but flexible, letting actors and musicians work close to the audience. A small foyer holds posters and programmes, and the café offers drinks before the show.
Opening hours and admission prices change with the season and are therefore not part of this text. Current details from the operator
