Twinsbet Arena

Arena Vilnius stands in the southern part of the Verkiai elderate, a modern sports and entertainment complex built in the Vilnius Entertainment Park. It is the largest arena in the city and the second largest in Lithuania. The arena opened in 2004 and has since hosted major basketball matches and concerts. Two basketball clubs, Rytas Vilnius and BC Wolves, use the venue for their most important games. The building has changed names several times, most recently to Twinsbet Arena in April 2024. The arena is one of Lithuania’s most important venues for sport, entertainment and culture. In 2004 it was named the best sports building of the year in Lithuania. The same year it won the right to host the 2011 Men’s European Basketball Championship. It also hosted matches during the 2021 FIFA Futsal World Cup. In 2027 it will stage the final phase of the FIBA Women’s EuroBasket. The arena’s influence has been recognised internationally, including a Superbrands award in 2007. Inside, the arena provides space for large-scale events such as concerts by world-famous artists and international sports matches. Performers who have appeared there include Metallica, Rammstein, Lana Del Rey, Sting, Deep Purple and Kylie Minogue. The building is part of a wider entertainment park that includes an indoor water park, family centre and natural park. Its flexible design makes it suitable for concerts, sports and business events alike.
