The parish church of Mils bei Imst stands on a hill at the northern edge of the village, surrounded by a cemetery. Built in the 15th century as a small chapel, it became a full parish church in the 18th century. The present neo-Gothic building was constructed between 1854 and 1857 to designs by Anton Geppert.

The church’s exterior features a single nave with a narrow, north-facing choir and a west tower topped by a steep spire. The walls are reinforced with buttresses and decorated with cornices, while the windows display intricate tracery. Inside, the nave has three bays and the choir one, separated by a pointed arch. The ceiling is a ribbed vault with lunettes, supported by shallow wall piers.

The neo-Gothic furnishings date from about 1860 and include altars by August Schärmer. The high altar shows Saint Sebastian painted by Franz Hellweger, flanked by statues of Saints Peter and Paul. Side altars feature works by Caspar Jele and Johann Entfelder, and the organ was built by Franz Weber in 1860. The former high-altar painting by Franz Anton Zeiller hangs in the choir, and a bishop’s statue from around 1780 adds to the collection.
