Holtspur Bank is a Local Nature Reserve on the edge of Beaconsfield in Buckinghamshire. The 6.6-hectare site is split evenly between chalk grassland and ancient woodland. Riding Lane and Holtspur Top Lane give entry to the reserve. Half the grassland is covered in wild orchids. The woodland contains oaks and some cherry trees.

The site is recognised for its wildlife. It holds one of only two South Buckinghamshire records of dormice. Holly, elderberry, hawthorn and honeysuckle grow in the understorey. A butterfly reserve lies directly opposite on the same lane.

Paths wind through grassland and woodland, linking the two halves of the reserve. Visitors see orchids in summer and autumn colours in the wood. The chalk grassland slopes gently, offering views across Beaconsfield. The woodland canopy provides shade along the lower routes.
