Stebno ist eine kleine Siedlung und Teil der Gemeinde Mírová pod Kozákovem im Okres Semily im Libereckém kraje. Sie liegt zwei Kilometer südwestlich vom Gemeindemitte und gehört zum Katastralgemeinde Sekerkovy Loučky mit einer Fläche von 5,99 km². Die Siedlung ist historisch bedeutsam, da die erste schriftliche Erwähnung im Jahr 1702 erfolgte. Die Gemeinde Mírová pod Kozákovem umfasst mehrere Orte, darunter auch Stebno. Von 1850 bis 1960 war Stebno Teil der Gemeinde Loučky, zunächst im Okres Turnov, ab 1960 im Okres Semily. Seit 1960 ist es ein Teil der Gemeinde Mírová pod Kozákovem. In Stebno gibt es keine besonderen Sehenswürdigkeiten, da es sich um eine kleine Siedlung handelt. Die Umgebung bietet jedoch landschaftliche Eindrücke, die typisch für den Libereckém kraje sind. Die Nähe zur Gemeinde Mírová pod Kozákovem ermöglicht Ausflüge in die Umgebung.
