Hayes Lane

Hayes Lane stands in Bromley, Greater London, between the town centre and Hayes. It is the home of Bromley Football Club and London City Lionesses. The stadium began as a modest ground with banking around the pitch in 1938. Floodlights were added in 1960 and the banking later became concrete terracing. The original main stand burned down in 1992 and was replaced by a smaller stand the next year. The ground has seen several upgrades to meet league standards. A new 1,485-seat stand opened in 2019 and the playing surface changed from grass to artificial turf. After promotion to League Two in 2024, the pitch was returned to natural grass and a new covered stand was built on the North Terrace. The East Terrace was completely rebuilt in 2025 with improved facilities and space for 2,230 supporters. Visitors find a modern stadium with distinct stands. The John Fiorini Stand is covered and all-seater, housing the directors’ box and media facilities. The West Terrace offers open standing for about 250 spectators with a food and drink area behind it. The North Terrace is known for Bromley’s loudest fans and now includes a small covered seated section. The Glyn Beverley Stand has 1,485 seats, a large bar and family areas. The rebuilt East Stand provides a new concourse and away section.
