Ardverikie House

Ardverikie House is a 19th-century Scottish baronial mansion near Kinloch Laggan in the Scottish Highlands. It sits beside Loch Laggan, surrounded by forests and mountains. The estate once belonged to Clan Macpherson before becoming a hunting lodge. The Marquess of Abercorn expanded the original building in the 1840s. The house gained fame as Glenbogle Estate in the BBC series Monarch of the Glen. It has also appeared in films such as Mrs Brown and Outlaw King. Ardverikie doubled as Balmoral Castle in The Crown. Recent productions like No Time to Die and The Grand Tour have filmed scenes on the estate. The Ramsden family still owns and manages the property today. Visitors find a grand baronial house with woodland paths and lochside views. The estate rents cottages for guests and hosts weddings in its grounds.
