Vienna Giant Ferris Wheel – landmark of the Prater
The Wiener Riesenrad in the Prater has been turning since 1897 and is one of the city’s most famous landmarks. From its gently gliding cabins you enjoy a sweeping view over Vienna and the Danube.
The wheel became world-famous through the film classic "The Third Man". A visit combines perfectly with a stroll through the Wurstelprater with its rides and traditional taverns.
