Rohliny sind eine Dorfteil der Gemeinde Mírová pod Kozákovem im Okres Semily im Libereckém Krai. Sie liegen im Katastralgemeinde Bělá u Turnova mit einer Fläche von 6,38 km². Auf dem Gebiet von Rohliny befindet sich die Siedlung und die grundlegende Siedlungseinheit Záholice. Das Dorf hat eine historische Bedeutung, da die erste schriftliche Erwähnung 1603 datiert. Von 1850 bis 1960 war es Teil der Gemeinde Bělá, zunächst im Okres Turnov, ab 1960 im Okres Semily. Seit 1960 gehört es zur Gemeinde Mírová pod Kozákovem. In der Umgebung von Rohliny gibt es die Naturreservat Klokočské skály und die Naturdenkmal Podloučky. Die Dorfteil ist Teil der Gemeinde und hat keine eigene Verwaltung. Die Bevölkerungszahlen sind nicht genannt, aber die Dorfteil ist Teil der Gemeinde Mírová pod Kozákovem.
